- 2 slices Wholemeal Seeded Bread – 12p (£1.10 for 800g from Tesco, approx. 18 slices)
- 3 Organic Eggs – 63p (£1.25 for 6 pack from Aldi or Lidl)
- 1 tablespoons (10g) Organic Slightly Salted Butter – 7p (£1.70 for 250g from Asda)
- Optional: A dash of oat milk or milk alternative to make it slightly less eggy in taste and make the mixture go further (but don’t over do it)
- Optional: Sea salt (pinch)
- Optional: Pepper (pinch)
method
- Melt the butter in a pan.
- Add the whisked eggs into the pan. Stir frequently to ensure It doesn’t stick to the pan.
- When eggs starting to thicken, pop the toast in the toaster.
- Butter the toast and plate up the scrambled egg.
